# FreeIPMI Pulgin for Dell PowerEdge Server

Hi all,  
I am trying to read temperature and Fan RPM data from my Dell Poweredge Server using IPMI Plugin but I can’t see any RPM data through API URL [http://xxx.xxx.xx.x:19999/api/v1/allmetrics?format=json](http://xxx.xxx.xx.x:19999/api/v1/allmetrics?format=json) or in my matrics.

I have installed Netdata on my Proxmox as root  
Installed freeipmi-tools  
restarted netdata service  
Ran “ipmimonitoring” which caches Fan RPMs and temperature data.

But I can can’t see any of the data in my matrics or API json?

What I am missing?
