# Issue with adding nodes to the Netdata Cloud

Hi guys!

I’m trying to connect few of my nodes to Netdata Cloud today, but it doesn’t work for me.  
When I’m claiming a node, it shows up in the cloud, but all the metrics field are empty.  
I also have a node that I claimed few days ago and it works OK

When going to local dashboards - everything works as expected on all nodes.

Is there something I can check or it is Netdata cloud problem?

For the benefit of other users, this issue was addressed with a hotfix on Sep 9th.
