## Problem/Question I have a problem connecting the node to the cloud, although I used it before, and after installation it did not find the previous node and because of this the text “node not found” with the cloud status “Cloud status offline” I do not know how to transfer it to the online status. I am afraid to break the config of the Netdata agent itself. Is it possible that when it worked you were on a trial and now your trial is over? ---

I created a new account. I got the trial version. In 2024 I installed netdata works and netdata agent is broken ---

So, your Netdata Agent is online and you can see the local dashboard but it shows offline on the cloud dashboard? Can you please send us the output of “netdatacli aclk-state” and “netdata -v” from your agent? ---

Yes, I see offline status on the login screen. I yesterdey restart agent. So, I use Windows physical machine but there commands for linux C:\Windows\System32\>netdata -v “netdata” не является внутренней или внешней командой, исполняемой программой или пакетным файлом. C:\Windows\System32\>netdatacli aclk-state “netdatacli” не является внутренней или внешней командой, исполняемой программой или пакетным файлом.
