Please provide an option to rename cloud-dashboards.

Thanks for this great feedback! Pinging our product team @Manos_Saratsis to make sure that they see this 
The main reason for this is, one does not always know what the dashboard will be useful for… then by the time you have it all setup you realise it has a specific role, and now the dashboard name is wrong and cannot be fixed.
Also, the Dashboard cannot be cloned. If it could be cloned, then it could probably be renamed during that process. Cloning would be super useful too.
