# Using NetData as an on prem solution without access to the cloud.

Hello, I am looking to use NetData to monitor a couple of Oracle DB’s. Using the Community edition

I have installed the agents to the servers i want monitor, but am wondering if there is a way that i can use a central management server to monitor all the servers in 1 dashboard witout connection to the cloud?

Is this something i can change within the config? or does the dashboard need to be on the cloud to be able to see the agents.
