Apps File Descriptors Limit - Alarm not working correctly

I’m suddenly getting alarms for Apps File Descriptors Limit (apps.fd_limit) on all my nodes. Alarm states utilisation of open files is at 700% (for group ssh) which clearly makes no sense.
