Can I change collecting interval to less than 1s?

As the document shows, the collecting interval can be set any number equal or larger than 1s.

Is there any way to change collecting interval to less than 1s, such as 0.5s or 0.1s?

Considering more overhead with less interval, I wanna more accurate data in time series.

What can I do to achieve this goal?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Minimum data collection frequency is 1s.
