Try to ssh into the machine that you are running the Netdata Agent and then type the following commands: sudo ss -ntlp | grep netdata. perhaps there is a firewall on the server that is blocking you from accessing the dashboard.

Install lm_sensors and restart netdata service, after it you should see Sensors section on the dashboard.
