12am renders as 24:00 on time picker

Problem/Question

The time picker on Netdata Cloud doesn’t render the hour between 0000 and 0100 properly when you select a 12-hour custom timeframe from the quick selector.

Environment/Browser

Chromium 92.0.4515.159

What I expected to happen

12.22am rendered as 00:22 instead of 24:22!

The fix is on staging and will be out probably this week.
