AI Insight Reports - UTC Timestamps

Suggested template:

Problem/Question

Timestamps in the generated AI reports are always shown in UTC time despite a time zone being selected.

What I expected to happen

I would hope that the UTC time stamps would be converted to my local/selected time zone. Without the conversion it is more difficult to expect events/processes. This also poses a problem with sharing the reports to management.

Example:

Overall status: Healthy and stable across the last 24h. No active alerts as of 17:00 UTC. Low anomaly rates (≤0.06) and generally low CPU and memory pressure. Brief I/O and network spike window around 07:00–08:00 UTC returned to normal without sustained impact.

Would also be nice to have the option to remove the time zone so just the time is shown in 24H format.

hi @CJ006699

thanks for reaching out. We’re working on identifying the time zone automatically.

Will let you know when this is released.

Best,

Juan

Hi @CJ006699

We’ve released a new version with automatic time zone identification. New generated report dates should display in your local time zone.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

Best,
Juan

Amazing, will take a look.
