Having trouble upgrading plan/subscription

Hi,

I’m trying to increase the number of committed nodes on our business plan but I’m facing an issue that it’s not getting or allowing me to fill the required fields e-mail/address/billing. It only sends me to the Stripe page to enter them. Yet when going to this page all is filled in and both the payment and overage fee’s are charged and paid so I’m a bit at a loss if I’m doing something wrong here.

As the Stripe page contains a bunch of PII I’ll just paste a screenshot that shows the overage is automatically being charged.

Any help or insight would be very welcome.

Could you please provide your space_id in a dm so as to take a look?
You may find your space_id in your space settings screen :gear:

Thank you for the quick reply, I have send the space_id in a DM.

We have pinpointed the issue and a fix is already underway and is expected to be deployed soon.
We’ll let you know once the fix is in place so as to give it a retry.

Feel free to give it another try and let us know, the fix has been deployed (had to do with the proper support of Stripe Link payment method).
