node not found (Windows)

Problem/Question

I have a problem connecting the node to the cloud, although I used it before, and after installation it did not find the previous node and because of this the text “node not found” with the cloud status “Cloud status offline” I do not know how to transfer it to the online status. I am afraid to break the config of the Netdata agent itself. How to change the binding data so that it works again taking new data from the account.

A connection to the node should be established.

Is it possible that when it worked you were on a trial and now your trial is over?

I created a new account. I got the trial version. In 2024 I installed netdata works and netdata agent is broken

So, your Netdata Agent is online and you can see the local dashboard but it shows offline on the cloud dashboard?

Can you please send us the output of “netdatacli aclk-state” and “netdata -v” from your agent?

Yes, I see offline status on the login screen. I yesterdey restart agent. So, I use Windows physical machine but there commands for linux
