Unreachable alerts are not being received


I am not receiving alerts for unreachable nodes from Netdata Cloud. I am receiving alerts for warning/critical sensors just fine. My profile is configured to receive notifications for All Alerts and unreachable


Chromium 92.0.4515.159, netdata v1.31.0-222-nightly

What I expected to happen

Alerts to be received by email when a claimed node is unreachable.

This issue has been raised here too earlier this year and I am having the same problem. It is possible I have something misconfigured, but I followed the documentation here and as I am receiving other alerts I’m not sure if it is a local problem.

This has since resolved itself. No changes made, but I am now receiving “unreachable” alerts as expected.
