False alert: Netdata Cloud is not able to reach the node

Hi,

the last time I’m getting these alerts once in a few days.
It’s always for 15 minutes and the server is never offline.

Together with the other problems, it’s hard to trust all these signals from Netdata :frowning:

Can you share your node id so we can investigate what’s happening with your node’s connectivity in Netdata Cloud side?

Yes the node id is present in the url, after you click on a specific node it’s present in the url /nodes/

e.g https://app.netdata.cloud/spaces/netdata-cloud/rooms/all-nodes/nodes/7d87b3e9-ce12-4013-8fd3-3673838850c7

85e06cfa-4a02-48b8-94d7-b4fe85e477d5

The last “unreachable” alter for this node was two days ago.
This server is hosted by Linode and they monitor the server too
