Problem/Question

Problem: i am coming from DirectAdmin to Cpanel and usually have the netdata link in the DirectAdmin panel. I have also added nodes directly before since CPanel doesn’t have a built in link. However, this time I am adding the server but it is not showing up in my cloud consol and I cant access it via http://myIP(orhostname):19999

Relevant docs you followed/actions you took to solve the issue

I have verified the install and it is running

Environment/Browser/Agent’s version etc

I have installed the latest verison

What I expected to happen

Can anyone help me access my new installation

Just so you would know what I did.

I created a new room.
Clicked on connect node.
copied the code
pasted in my server
did the install

had no errors and looks to be running
