Netdata Agent to Netdata Cloud

Hi,

I have installed net data agents both on TrueNAS and Docker Host. I was wondering if it’s possible to add them both to my Netdata Cloud Instance. I have a few hosts already in the cloud version and it works fine.

I am struggling however to add TrueNas and the Docker Host Agent, to the cloud instance ?

is this possible ?

  1. What is the issue you are facing exactly? Can you access the local dashboards? Is the agent running fine locally? Do you see any issues about missing cloud connectivity when you access the local dashboard?
  2. I am not sure what you mean by “Docker Host Agent”, could you explain that a little bit?
  3. It would be helpful if you could share your error.log, so we can investigate what’s wrong with your setups.
