for a few days now, the Netdata Cloud emails have stopped arriving, which is why I can’t log in. I checked my mail server log files for bounces but found nothing. So the mails don’t even seem to arrive. All other mails I get without any problems. Also the registration mail from the forum arrived without any issues.
This doesn’t sound right, we are sorry for this inconvenience. Please, do send your email to @harris who is a Back-End engineer, so he can review the logs of our email service.
He will post a reply here so we can further debug this issue.
