Hello! I noticed that December 31st 2022 was the last day I received an email alert from NetData. When I tried to login to the cloud console, I never receive the email containing the sign-in link, so I’m unable to login. I made sure the netdata domain is whitelisted on my spam filter, checked junk mail, and finally mail server logs… the message never reaches my mail server.
My working theory is my email address may have been automatically blocked by netdata’s servers after my email server subscription lapsed for a few hours on Jan 1 2023. What can I do?
