Parent and Netdata Cloud NOT showing Child node's Alert

Problem/Question

I have a Parent Node that is connected to Netdata Cloud. There are multiple child nodes connected to the Parent Node. Along with Parent node, all of child nodes are visible in the Netdata Cloud. One of the child node is triggering Alert for filecheck module, on exceeding size limit. This alert is visible on the local url of the child node: http//:child-node:19999 but not on the Netdata Cloud.

Relevant docs you followed/actions you took to solve the issue

1. The Alert is a custom alert created on custom chart using filecheck module.

2. Restarted Parent node several times.

Environment/Browser/Agent’s version etc

Parent node: v1.45.5. Running on docker.
Child node: v1.46.3. Running on Linux container.

What I expected to happen

Netdata Cloud has to show the Alert.

Please, send me in a private message the space ID (you can find it at your space settings on the cloud) and the node name for which the alert is missing on the cloud.
