How to change the metrics graph to Average as in like CPU Average CPU value or Average Memory or Application Average CPU or memory etc,
On cloud or local agent URL: Do we have provision to set and get the values in average for a few of the Graphs or statistics
Please assist here for the same.

I’m going to share some information that I hope it may help together with some questions to better understand what you’re trying to achieve.
How to change the metrics graph to Average as in like CPU Average CPU value or Average Memory or Application Average CPU or memory etc,
Considering Netdata Cloud, which in short provides you with an consolidated and aggregated view of your infrastructure, we have two functions that change how the data is displayed on your chart. Considering the Overview tab where you have what we call composite charts (:
Aggregate functions over data sources - when multiple data sources are contributing to the chart you can choose what function to be applied, depending on the context Netdata provides an opinionated default one
Aggregate functions over time - this applies when the granularity of the data collected is higher than the plotted points on the chart an aggregation function over time is applied.

What do you mean set values for charts or statistics?
On Netdata Cloud we don’t yet have a public API, it is in our roadmap to soon provide, but on a Local Agent Dashboard you can find the API to get data from it API | Learn Netdata
