Unable to disable alarms

Hello,

I am running 6 nodes in a Parent - Child configuration and I want to keep the metrics but disable the alarms on some of them.

For instance, if I want to disable the used swap alert, according to the documentation I should had something like !used_swap to netdata.conf and restart the service.

I also tried with !swap, !used.swap and !mem.swap.

I keep getting alerts though. What am I doing wrong?

You need to disable alarms on the Parent instance.

What do you mean by “something like”? Like what?
