I was wondering if there is any way to view the 95th percentile bandwidth usage data using netdata?

In Netdata Cloud we have a way to specify which aggregation function to be applied when datapoints are need to be aggregated over time. You can find more details here Home, Overview and Single Node view | Learn Netdata

Here is an example how you can change it on the charts

This feature isn’t exposed on the Agent dashboard, on the agent it is only available through the API, you can find more details here Database Queries | Learn Netdata
