Curious if anyone else is still having this issue with stale alerts?
Apologies if this is covered ground but I’m still seeing an alert in our dashboard that never goes away despite the triggering conditions being resolved.
I’ve restarted the agent multiple times and reviewed the curl commands folks suggested in various threads but to no avail.
Can anyone suggest how to clear this? Or should I be forwarding this agent’s logs to a Support member?
Would appreciate any guidance here to avoid alert confusion. Thank you.
