Clear or acknowledge alert

Could not find a way to clear or acknowledge old triggered alerts even when removed from config files

Alerts remain active after triggered although we removed the configuration of the alert, reloaded netdatacli and restarted netdata service on node.
Now we have a bunch of raised notifications that could not be removed from dashboard

This is on cloud platform with bussines plan.

This is shown when trying to edit the raised alert (alert has been removed from config files)

Please, send me in a private message the space ID (you can find it at your space settings on the cloud) and the node name for which the alert was not cleared.

We found a bug on the sync process between Agent and Cloud, we will work on a fix asap.

Will post here once a fix is released.

My apologies for the really late reply, however I come with good news. The sync bug is now fixed and you should not experience any more stuck alert on the Cloud.
