is there any way to access the data from agents that have not reported anything for just a few minutes? It would be helpful to be able to see the data when something went down. Currently, it just says unreachable.

In the incidents where I wanted to see what is going on, the node is actually down/unresponsive. (maxed out memory and CPU - can’t even open an SSH connection)
Are you able to go directly to the underlying agent dashboard for the unreachable node? If so then you’d be able to see if the node is still running and the issue is between netdata cloud and the node. Or if the node is actually down or at least the netdata running on it is down.
