How to disable netdata agent's own stats collection

Hi Netdata team,
[plugins] section in netdata.conf is the place to disable plugins, if one doesn’t need some statistics. Is there a way to stop collecting the netdata agent’s own stats- things like netdata dbengine stats, netdata workers stats, netdata sqlite3’s stats, etc?

Hi, @Nakata. Yes, it is possible:

  • open netdata.conf.
  • go to [plugins] section.
  • uncomment and set netdata monitoring to no.
  • restart netdata.
