Mobile app not showing alerts despite web dashboard showing them

Linked mobile app does not show any alerts/notifications, despite the Cloud dashboard showing raised alerts

I followed the documentation below and enabled mobile app notifications in the Space settings:

I also found a similar issue that someone else was having, but it didn’t help in my case: No notifications in Netdata app

This may be the expected behavior. The mobile app works like a notifications inbox (similar to an email mailbox), it only displays alerts that fire after the app is linked to Cloud. Any alerts that were raised before the linking occurred won’t appear in the app.
Could you confirm that the alerts currently visible on your Cloud dashboard were raised before the mobile app was linked, which is why they aren’t showing on the app. Going forward, any new alerts that fire should appear as notifications on the linked mobile device.
If you’ve already confirmed that new alerts (raised after linking) aren’t appearing either, let us know and we’ll investigate further.
