Why is there no option to set it to Critical and Unreachable Only?
Is there any way to achieve this?

Unfortunately there’s no option to archive what you want. It’s on our roadmap to improve flexibility on these options.
Awh. That seems like a critical option that is missing. (we have to work around it by putting a pager system inbetween)
