Any plans on enabling updates to the configuration without having to restart the server? It’s a pain to have to restart the parent. It can take many minutes.

##### Feature idea summary
[Via the "service" command](https://github.com/netda… ta/netdata/blob/master/docs/getting-started.md#start-stop-and-restart-netdata) we can start, stop and restart a Netdata agent. The option to [reload](https://docs.netdata.cloud/health/quickstart/#reload-health-configuration) might be a useful addition to the wrapper script.

To reload configuration (eg health configuration) without having to restart Netdata via
> service netdata reload
