Why is it when I run the installation script on our server the compute resources are spiking and the installation is not being finished?

Basically when i run the script indicated on the netdata.cloud, the resources are shooting up and the installation will fail. This is when I try to claim production server which is a dedicated DB server only. any tips how can I claim it manually?
